Stay at El Pedral
Between the sea and the endless steppe, Estancia El Pedral stands alone in the vastness of Patagonia. Its historic tower, visible from afar, marks a place where privacy, silence, and untamed nature quietly set the tone.
Since 1923, this house has welcomed travelers in search of remoteness and hospitality, now reimagined as an intimate, immersive luxury stay. El Pedral invites guests to experience Patagonia from within: walking among penguins, crossing wild landscapes, and discovering a regional cuisine deeply rooted in the land.
Understated elegance, quiet intimacy, and a deep connection with the surrounding wilderness define the spirit of the estancia.
The eight rooms are designed for comfort, warmth, and privacy, immersed in a distinctly Patagonian landscape. Divided between two houses, each room features a private bathroom and shares, in pairs, a small entrance hall for coats and outdoor footwear—a classic estancia custom that gently keeps the outdoors from entering the indoors.
Upon arrival, guests are introduced to the experiences planned for their stay. These vary according to wildlife seasons, weather, unexpected sightings, length of stay, and guest interests. A dedicated guide defines the activity for each day, confirmed the evening before. During free time: library, swimming pool, or self-guided walks across the estancia.
