Deposits or cancellations? Terms depend on the service and season; we confirm when quoting.
Do you work with agencies or groups? Yes — contact us to coordinate capacity and logistics.

What is the difference between the lodge and a day visit? The lodge is an intimate full stay; the day visit is a one-day experience for guests in Puerto Madryn or on a cruise, usually without included transfer unless arranged separately.
Does the day visit include a transfer? Under the current brochure, the experience is without transfer; ask us about transfer options or local agencies.
Wildlife activities? Yes, by season: penguin colony (approx. Sept–Mar), coastal wildlife year-round, and southern right whales in the relevant months. Routes follow refuge guidelines and group pace.
Can I arrive without a booking? No. Advance booking only; the gate stays closed—no drop-in visits.
